Perla Mexican representative at Miss World

Perla Beltran born in 1986 in Sinaloa, Mexico. In 2007, she attended the Miss Earth Mexico and a runner. In 2009, Perla Mexican representative at Miss World and continues to win his first runner after winning first prize in the competition side Top Model.
